Hayden Wrobel
From 1998 to the present, Mr. Wrobel founded and is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Wrobel Industries, Inc., a company investing in single-family homes. Mr. Wrobel has a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute Of America, and A.A. degree in Arts from Saint Petersburg College and a B.S. degree in Science from the University of South Florida.
Roger Taylor
Mr.
Taylor has been actively involved in real estate for the last twelve years. His
real estate experience includes developing land, holding rentals, building
houses and selling houses. In 2007, purchased a HomeVestors franchise and
has been actively investing in the Tampa Bay area. From 2005 to the present he
owned and managed the White Buffalo retail jewelry chain. From 1999 to 2005 he
started and ran two jewelry manufacturing companies in the US Virgin Islands
with combined total sales in excess of $100 million. Mr. Taylor has a Bachelors of Science in Business/Accounting from
the University of Phoenix.
Jack Kaminski
Mr. Kaminski has served as Chief Operating/ Financial Officer managing accounting, finance, administration, human resource, treasury, credit, distribution, MIS, and financial reporting for public and private Companies. He participated as a key person and was elected to the board of directors of the LBO Holding Company which completed an internal management buyout of four subsidiaries from Phillips Van Heusen Corporation. He also negotiated the financing and credit agreement for the LBO holding company for a $350 Million apparel manufacturer and retailer. Mr. Kaminski has a B.S. in accounting and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University and an MAS in management and marketing from Johns Hopkins University. He is a CPA and a licensed real estate broker.
John E. Lux
Mr.
Lux is a director and officer of several private companies, including American
Community Development Corporation, which was formed to provide housing to
underserved populations. He is also Chairman of Advanced Energy Research
Corporation, an alternate energy company. He assisted in founding and financing
American Dream Communities, Inc., which acquires and operates manufactured home
communities in Georgia and Florida. Mr. Lux has a Juris Doctor degree with
Honors from the University of Maryland Law School and a B.S. degree in Business
Statistics with Honors from the New York University School of Business and
Public Administration.
Mark Wilson
Mr. Wilson was formerly Vice President of Real Estate and a director of American Community Development Corporation, a company formed to provide housing for underserved populations. From 2003 to the present time, Mr. Wilson has been investing in distressed residential real estate in Florida, acting as a mortgage broker and he is co-owner of a licensed Florida General Contracting and Roofing company, Universal Contracting.
From 1989 – 2003, Mr. Wilson was CFO & Co-Founder,
Baron Real Estate Services and CFO of Baron Capital Properties, a public
commercial real estate brokerage operation where he managed 83 apartment and
commercial properties with over 5,000 tenants and directed the legal,
accounting and SEC compliance. From 1991 to 1996, was also President,
Registered Operations and Financial Principal for The Baron Companies, a NASDAQ
registered securities dealer where he managed real estate syndication equity
offerings.
Mr. Wilson has his Juris Doctor law degree from Capital University where he graduated Cum Laude and served on the Law Review. He has his C.P.A. degree from the University of Houston, and his M.B.A. degree from the University of California at Berkeley where he graduated Cum Laude. He has a B.S. degree in business statistics from the University of Maryland.
